It has a large cottage garden, two secluded lakes covering 5 acres,
for private coarse fishing and there are
numerous delightful country walks in the peaceful lanes of this rural area.
There is also easy access to the historic city of Norwich,
the Norfolk Broads and many miles of unspoilt coastline.
