The Minicos spoiler is a product that is exclusive to Custom Group having been invented in our own body shop to satisfy the needs of one particular customer. Simply an Escort Cosworth Whale tail top section with the three legs removed, this spoiler is very large, and appeals to those wanting to be noticed.

The spoiler is ideally suited to the larger kits (Fortek and Monterey), and is very widely used with almost all the bodykits we supply. This is by far our most popular Mini rear spoiler. 

Fitting is a very simple matter, of carefully lowering the rear section of the headlining, and drilling about 6 small holes in the roof through which the spoiler is secured by self tapping screws. Sikaflex or a similar bonding product is then used to bond and seal the spoiler.

Fitting this spoiler takes around half an hour to an hour, and required only a drill, screwdriver, and some sikaflex.

As can be seen from these pictures the Minicos spoiler fits just above the gutter, above the rear window on the Mini.

The spoiler can be blended in if required (which can help waterproofing/ rust proofing) or can be painted off the car and then fitted.
