If you prefer to have your bike's maintenance and repairs done professionally, here's some advice on the choice of a repairer.
In the UK, as a result of a dispute between eZee and 50cycles, the agency for these bikes will be changing and 50cycles cannot currently give a full support facility. Supplies like batteries are obtainable from eZee direct with prompt courier delivery at reasonable prices. For this service, email Mr Wai Won Ching at ezeebike@gmail.com
Finally, another Torq owner has started a friendly forum for all electric bike owners.
