Mark's LRPS Panel / Balloon Ready at Dawn

The LRPS is set at a standard where the author must demonstrate use of lighting, composition, focus, depth of field, and shutter speed, over a sufficient range of subject matter to confirm all round competence.  A panel of 10 pictures is required - in our case, prints.  It was nice to be told that after nearly fifty years of taking photographs, with twenty-five as a camera club member, I had reached this standard by May-02.
