1880s side-saddle

Made by William Miller of Bury St Edmunds, this all-leather side-saddle, c. 1880s, is a pre-cutback style, with fancy-stitched safe with a 'leaf' design and offside handkerchief pocket which is lined in red leather. The triangular balance strap is a popular style of the time, shown in many a Punch illustration.
