Bonnie's blue habit
This child's blue velvet habit is a reproduction of Bonnie Butler's blue riding habit from the 1939 motion picture Gone With The Wind, and is made from the dressmaking pattern available through Side Saddle Lady. It consists of a jacket, skirt and separate peplem, giving the impression of a small bustle. Although based on the design in the film, it is not necessarily a historically accurate girl's riding habit of the 1870s.
