M5 J26
(3 miles to Backways) At Mway roundabout, turn towards Wellington. Half a mile to another roundabout, turn left onto the A38 signed Exeter.(Don't go into Wellington town). Straight over new 'Westpark' roundabout (almost immediately and not on Google maps etc.yet!). Follow A38 for 2½ miles until another roundabout. Bear left, still on A38 but indicate right immediately. Only 50m after this roundabout, turn right into our narrow lane. We're the big white house 250m down on the left. |
From M5 J27 (6 miles to Backways) Turn onto A38 signed Wellington. Follow A38 for 5½ miles and you will pass the Inn at Sampford pub on your right. Just under a mile after this, you will approach a roundabout (called Perry Elm). Only 50m before this roundabout, turn left into our narrow lane (by the roundabout's road sign). We're the big white house 250m down on the left. . |
